It began in a driveway in Ottawa with a second-hand oven, a sack of Italian flour, and a neighbourhood that kept coming back for more. Word travelled faster than we could bake.
Today the truck criss-crosses the city seven days a week — from the ByWard Market lunch rush to wedding fields out past Kanata. The oven still hits 450°C, the dough is still proofed for a full day, and every pie still comes out blistered and smoky.
What we believe
Good pizza is simple food done with care: real fire, real fermentation, and toppings we’d happily feed our own families. No shortcuts, no freezer, no apologies.
